The aim of the project is to develop best methods of engaging employees in changes in work places; the study aims at determining the importance of employee engagement and its level in countries. For this information gathered from a large group of managers is indispensable. Below are some common problems that are crucial for this project. The project is academic and non-commercial.
How successfully involve employees into improving their work?
How to encourage employees to down-up initiatives and submitting ideas?
How to convince employees to take responsibility for the results of the entire process?
Is the engagement of the entire crew a condition for a good Lean/6Sigma/TQM implementation?
According to Gallup's research, companies with a highly committed team outperform their competitors in the results by almost 150%
In 2020, the percentage of employees involved fell by 2 points globally compared to 2019, from 22% to 20%
According to a study by PwC, in the United States, annual losses related to low employee engagement amount to half a billion dollars
The survey consists of six groups of questions:
#1 - refers to the company's overall approach to process improvement
#2 - concerns employee attitudes referred to engagement
#3 - concerns the attitudes of managers
#4 - assesses what influences employee engagement
The next two parts are much shorter and concern the use of management methods and systems (#5) and the achievements in the field of process improvement (#6).
This is a great opportunity to rethink the employee engagement in your company when answering developed set of questions
The questions provide an overview of the methods used to engage employees as well as symptoms and conditions
